Beginning Dance Groups
One day a week classes
My 1st Dance Class
Very first dance class! Ages 2-4 (as long as they can listen and follow the teacher). For the littles that want some introduction to class setting, basic ballet, balance, and stretching skills. The best surprise at every performance! No competitions for these little cuties, but we do our best to get them on stage at all our performances. If you have a conflict with time please just call me.
One costume required.
Dance 2- Teeny Tiny Team
Beginning dance class: Ages 4-6.
Introduction to jazz and ballet technique.
Perform at all studio shows, and learn 2 full routines. Attend 1 very fun, super positive, competition!
One costume required.
Dance 3- Mini Extreme
Beginning dance class: Ages 5-7.
Introduction to jazz and ballet technique- faster paced and a step above Dance 2.
Perform at all studio shows, and learn 2 full routines. Attend 2 very fun, super positive competitions!
One interchangeable costume required.
Dance 4- Edgy Attitude
Beginning dance class: Ages 6-8
Introduction to jazz and ballet technique- faster paced and a step above Dance 3.
Perform at all studio shows, and learn 2 full routines. Attend 2 very fun, super positive competitions!
Two costumes required.
Beg ballet Only
Beginning Ballet Class: Younger ages
Introduction to proper ballet technique. A VERY important class for all dancers hoping to improve dance strength and coordination. Ballet is SO SO good for all dancers!! This is a non competition class, but will still perform little combinations at our recitals.
Proper Dress:
Ballet Leo, tights, and ballet slippers required.
Small costume piece required for performances.
intermediate Ballet Only
Beg/Intermediate Ballet Class: Older ages
Introduction to proper ballet technique, pace and speed will be quicker than Beg Ballet, and will depend on level of the class. A VERY important class for all dancers hoping to improve dance strength and coordination. Ballet is SO SO good for all dancers!! This is a non competition class, but will still perform little combinations at our recitals.
Small costume piece required for performances.
Elite Groups
Twice a week, Audition placement required, Must be fully committed to team and competitions
Petite Elite- Pearls
Specialty group for younger age dancers that show extra focus and dedication. Must have teacher approval to join group and have some history of stage experience. Usually around 1st Grade ages.
Fast paced and strict instruction learning 2-3 routines in Jazz, Lyrical, and Hiphop. A half hour a week will also be dedicated to acro practice.
2-3 Costumes, and 3 Competitions required
Amethyst Elite
Specialty group for younger age dancers that show extra dedication, and are getting ready for higher elite groups. Great for 2nd-3rd grade beginners.
Fast paced and strict instruction learning 2-2-3 routines in Jazz, Lyrical, and Hiphop. A half hour a week will also be dedicated to acro practice.
2-3 Costumes, and 3 Competitions required
Sapphire Elite
Sapphire Level is for those dancers who are enjoying dance and competitions. We teach lots of new tricks and spend more time working that technique! They learn to work as a team and are always excited to perform. They will do 3 competition routines in Jazz, Lyrical, and Hiphop. They perform at all shows and Selgae Spectacular. They come 3 hours a week over two days.
3 Costumes, and 3 Competitions required
Emerald Elite
Emerald Level is for those dancers who are enjoying dance and competitions. We teach lots of new tricks and spend more time working that technique! They learn to work as a team and are always excited to perform. They will do 3 competition routines in Jazz, Lyrical, and Hiphop. They perform at all shows and Selgae Spectacular. They come 3 hours a week over two days.
3 Costumes, and 3 Competitions required
Ruby Elite
Rubies is aimed for middle school girls enjoying dance and competitions. Lots and Lots of technique is being learning in this group. 3-4 Routines learned and 3 competitions are required.
Diamond Elite
Diamonds are built under pressure, this class pushes its dancers the hardest. We pack as much as we can into this group, focusing on being drill team ready and having success at competitions. Diamonds perform at all performances plus a few extra. They learn 4 Intermediate Dance level routines.
4 Costumes, and 3 Competitions required.
Cheerleading Groups
Mini Blaze
Littlest Cheerleaders. Kindergarten- 3rd Grade. Adorable and great intro to the cheer world. We work all the skills needed to be successful cheerleaders, with an intro to stunting and tumbling.
Heat Cheerleaders
3rd-6th Grade Age Cheerleaders. Adorable and great intro to the cheer world. We work on all the jumps, kicks, and basic stunts. We cheer at multiple middle school football games, and perform at all Dancerz Edge shows. We will attend 1-2 cheer specific competitions that are amazing intro to high school cheer competitions.
Blaze Cheerleaders
Middle School Age Group. Major high school cheer prep! We work on all the jumps, kicks, and basic stunts. We cheer at multiple middle school football games, and perform at all Dancerz Edge shows. We will attend 1-2 cheer specific competitions that are amazing intro to high school cheer competitions.
TUMBling Classes
Tumbling Classes
New! Tumbling classes now available for multiple age groups starting at 4yrs old. Non competitive, work on gaining the strength and flexibility to learn tumbling skills: walkovers, back handsprings, tucks, etc.
We offer a $10/month discount for all siblings and extra classes after first full price registered student!
